Fairfield Inn & Suites - Dallas East is looking for energetic, self starters to successfully perform the duties as a Front Desk Agent.
Our agents provide quality customer service as they are the guests' first point of contact for their overnight stay.
Your essential responsibilities and duties but limited to:
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guest Promptly assist guest with request and/or complaints Maintain accurate count for the cash drawer Communicate effectively both verbally and in writhing to guests and staff Perform other duties assigned by Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager.
Front Desk/Hotel/Hospitality experience a must.
Fosse PMS experience preferred High school diploma or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
