The Project Coordinator is the main point of contact between the clients and AIS from the time of booking to installation.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with client to obtain needed documentation.
Provide clients with personal attention in every step of the process.
Be a liaison for all departments and the clients.
Balance project counts.
The successful candidate will possess:
A basic understanding of the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Self-motivation in project management and planning.
The ability to follow processes.
Customer service skills The ability to be a team player across departments.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills for multiple projects.
An ability to work independently.
Minimum of 3 years in a construction environment.
Requirements Must be 18 years of age.
Strong communication skills Strong detail and organization skills Knowledge of installation process & repairs preferred.
