Our patients/customers are in pain and are often going through a difficult time, so we always want to greet them with a smile and a positive attitude and to be a place of comfort for them where they want to make all of their appointments and come back for continuing care as recommended by the chiropractor and other healthcare providers.
Good phone etiquette is a requirement along with a positive, ambitious, and hard working attitude.
Must be reliable.
This is a job that requires good multitasking and focusing on meeting several short term and long term goals simultaneously.
This position is responsible for answering the phone and making many phone calls on a daily basis, scheduling patients, filling out and sending reports daily to management/ownership, helping patients with paperwork, communicating regularly with referral sources, constantly calling and reminding patients of their appointments, assisting the chiropractor clinic director with paperwork, organizing paperwork and scanning and sending for review, taking inventory and ordering supplies from management/ownership, ensuring the clinic is always clean, reporting any problems or concerns to management/ownership, communicating and problem solving with the chiropractor clinic director, and reminding the chiropractor clinic director of any goals from management/ownership.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
