You must have a pleasant phone voice and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is efficient with scheduling, data entry and maintaining accurate records of patients in the electronic medical records, all while providing efficient and friendly customer service.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet patients, and keep their information updated in the company database.
Process insurance verification prior to patient visits Scan, fax and copy patient information and other documents Collect copay and patient payment.
Enter and reconcile daily totals in EMR.
Answer questions about office hours, appointment procedures, and fees.
