High School Graduate or GED Preferred:
2 years of college or trade school 3.
2 Certification Preferred:
Level 1 certification in Burglar Alarm Monitoring Training.
Certificate of completion relating to alarm monitoring, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems.

Texas Fire Alarm Licensed 3.

Experience:
Required:
At lease 2 years experience as a customer service, monitoring operator or data entry person.
Must have basic math and accounting skills to review invoices and service fees.
Preferred:
At least 3 years experience as a help desk technical assistant with troubleshooting skills to diagnose, upload/download fire and burglar alarm software.
This includes software computer skills working with Quick Books, MasWeb, MS Office and ACT database and other related software packages.

0 Working Conditions 4.
1 Office:
Normal office environment.
Some lifting required, up to 40 lbs.

2 Field Environment:
Dealing with changing temperature and loud noises when visiting construction jobsites.

3 Hours:
Part-Time/Temporary - Hour scheduled on an as needed basis.
Full time employment 40 hour work week, additional hours may be required.

0 Basic Functions 5.
1 To ensure that all administrative and service related duties are performed in a prompt and efficient manner for the company.
These functions relate to all PCFSS, LLC installation and services.

0 Major Duties 6.
1 Tracking and Scheduling a.
Log all new and existing installations projects, service jobs and inspections in the ACT database program.
b.
Coordinate day work and inspection services by setting appointments, scheduling work to meet customers' needs and assigning work to field staff.
c.
Invoice customers for monitored alarm accounts by their scheduled renewal cycle.
d.
Follow up on service and monitoring invoices on a daily basis.
e.
Update ACT data base on all installation and service related issues.
f.
Maintain factual data relating to each job in the Database.
g.
Confirm fax transmission by speaking with a live person.
Log this confirmation on fax cover sheet using stamps and handwritten notes.
h.
Use rubber ink stamps on all documents received from customers, vendors and subcontractor, i.
e.
checks received, invoices received, training materials, License renewals, bills, etc.

2 Reports a.
Review daily monitoring report for trouble conditions existing with the burglar and fire alarm accounts.
Contact customers for approval to repair malfunctions.
b.
Type inspection deficiencies notes received from the field technicians on the Corrective Action Report.
This report is used for estimating repair work.
c.
Mail original backflow reports to city departments with 2 days of receipt from field.
This procedure must be followed to prevent rejection of documentation from the city and retesting of customers' equipment.
d.
Update logs daily to keep customer and business information updated.

3 Administrative Duties a.
Set up and maintain customer and technician ID's with monitoring company.
b.
Process material orders for field personnel.
c.
Maintain and update backflow registration log.
d.
Keep up with company and employee licensing renewals.
e.
Assist sales staff with sales and marketing related duties.
f.
Maintain all folders with documents, cut sheets, PO and invoices related to the job.
g.
Maintain office file cabinets in an orderly fashion.
h.
File all completed documents in the appropriate file folders and binders.
i.
Review completed work orders and reports turned in by field personnel.
Prepare invoices.
j.
Assist with new hire orientation training.
k.
Create start up package for all new subcontractors.
This would include our service agreement, welcome letter, reports, work orders and dispatch instructions.
l.
Complete and submit technician/ subcontractor hiring checklist and forms.

Follow company procedures on timesheets, purchase orders, internet usage, breaks and attendance.
b.
Schedule a minimum of 3 service calls and or inspection per day.
c.
Display a positive attitude and maintain a cooperative working relationship with all co-workers.
d.
Develop personal and technical skills to grow in responsibility as company grows.
e.
Keep all managers informed of problems relating to all aspects of the business.
f.
Utilize problem solving skills to address customer complaints.
g.
Maintain company issued access cards, keys and security information in a secure professional manner.
h.
Initiate corrective action measures were you see necessary with job duties and task.
