Property Manager-Affordable Multi-Family We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging with people, a deep understanding of online communities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Community Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase user engagement, managing social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and creating content that is both informative and entertaining.

The successful candidate for this position will possess the skills and aptitude for the following tasks:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community.
Organize and facilitate community meetings and forums.
Identify areas of improvement for the community.
Analyze data to identify trends in the community.
Develop a complete understanding of company policies and the Employee Handbook.
Demonstrate ability to understand financial goals and operate assets in owners' best interest by the Policies & Procedures Manual Be Familiar with budgeting practices and assist in the annual preparation.
Ensure that all rent, late fees/check charges are collected, posted, and deposited on time.
Provide constant vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling, billing, vendor relations, and certificate of insurance.
Be familiar with reading and understanding monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss Statements/Balance Sheet/Cashflow Statements) and can complete a monthly variance report.
Ensure all A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment and handle petty cash and all funds.
Be able to oversee annual CAPEX projects (vendor quality control) Ensure the property is rented to the total capacity.
Position Requirements:
5
years of experience assisting significant multifamily operations, including top-level strategic planning and tactical management.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM or CAPS) preferred.
LIHTC/ HUD/Rural Development/Project Base Section 8 experience preferred, with full knowledge of initial move-in, annual recertification process, and housing, state, and federal inspections.
Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate courses of action.
Effectively convey ideas, images, and goals to a diverse group or personalities Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
Competence in personal computer skills, keyboards, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as community software applications such as RealPage and or Yardi Knowledge of NAA lease as well as Fair Housing guidelines, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Availability to work evenings and weekends according to the company's business needs.
