Join our One Source Plumbing team! The customer service role is one of many exciting & important positions in our company.
If you are a positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual and love talking to people then this is the job for you! Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is an asset, however no experience required.
We provide extensive training and support!
Responsibilities:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment High level of organization and follow through required.
Attention to detail is critical.
Dispatch services to technicians with minimal guidance Maintain strong customer relations.
Schedule jobs/return trips.
Maintain customer database with current information.
Clear and concise communications with department managers, technicians and customers.
Keep customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information.
Prepare service invoices for processing.
Collect payments for services.
Skills Needed:
Bilingual 2 Years of Phone Customer Service Must have dependable transportation and be prompt.
2 Years customer service experience with HVAC or plumbing company or closely similar service industry with a mobile fleet of technicians.
Be able to handle multi line phone system while entering data.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday On-Call Rotation
